تحليل أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية خلال جائحة كوفيد-19

Résumé: من خلال دراسة مدى توفر أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية خلال جائحة كوفيد 19، على عينة عشوائية شملت 134 فرد من الأسلاك العاملة بالمؤسسات العمومية للصحة الجوارية قايس بولاية خنشلة ، وجد أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيرات الجنس، الخبرة المهنية والوظيفة، تم معاينة لصالح من تعود تلك الفروق من خلال المقارنات البعدية. حيث سجل متغير الجنس فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للأبعاد: التصميم الوظيفي، فرق العمل والأمن الوظيفي لصالح الإناث . ومتغير الخبرة المهنية على مستوى الأبعاد: التصميم الوظيفي، الأمن الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي. لصالح الفئة (01-10)، أما متغير الوظيفة على مستوى الأبعاد: التصميم الوظيفي، فرق العمل، ضغوط العمل والتكوين والتعليم. لفئتي الأطباء و الإداريين . Abstract: By studying the availability about the dimensions of quality of the work life during the Covid-19 pandemic, On a random sample that included 134 individuals from EPSP Kais- Khenchela ,it was found that there are statistically significant differences in the variables of gender, professional experience and job. An examination was made in favor of those who attributed these differences. Where the gender variable recorded statistically significant differences for the dimensions: job design, work teams and job security, for the females. The job experience variable at the dimensions: job design, job security and organizational commitment, for the category (10-01). As for the job variable on the dimensions level: job design, work teams, work pressures, training and education, for doctors and administrative categories.
