Résumé: The aim of this research is to study the nature of the relationship between quality of life and psychological security among mothers of autistic children, and the extent to which there are differences in the level of psychological security and quality of life according to the following study variables: educational level, and the sex of the autistic child. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive, correlative approach was used to explain a sample of 50 cases of autistic mothers in the Al-Taj Association for Autism, BasmaBaraa Association and Baraem Al-Khair Association in El-Wadi State. We used the quality of life scale (Hartani Amina, 2014) and the psychological security scale (Sheger, 2005). We also treated the data using the spss program, using statistical methods, Pearson correlation coefficient and “t-test”, and the results were as follows: There is a statistically significant correlation between quality of life and psychological security among mothers of autistic children. There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of life of mothers of autistic children according to the variable of the mother's educational level (primary, intermediate, secondary, university) There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of life of mothers of autistic children according to the gender variable of the autistic child (female, male). There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological security of mothers of autistic children according to the variable of the mother's educational level (primary, intermediate, secondary, university) There are no statistically significant differences in the psychological security of mothers of autistic children according to the gender variable of the autistic child (female, male).
