تحليل أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية
Résumé: تقوم الدراسة على فرض أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى إستجابة عينة عشوائية متكونة من أفراد المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية قايس ولاية خنشلة حول أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية ورتب الجنس والخبرة المهنية وكذا الوظيفة. طبقت عليها أساليب الإحصاء اللامعلمي وتتبع الفروقات الدالة إحصائيا للأبعاد والرتب وكانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لرتب الوظيفة و الخبرة المهنية . The study is based on the assumption that there are statistically significant differences for the level of response of a random sample made up of members of the Peph Kais at Khenchela, about the dimensions of the quality at working life, and the ranks of gender and work experience, as well as function. Nonparametric statistics methods were applied to it, and statistically significant differences were followed for dimensions and ranks, and there were statistically significant differences for function ranks and work experience
