الحوكمة كنموذج لتحسين ادارة المياه العربية

Résumé: تناقش هذه الدراسة أزمة استدامة المياه بالدول العربية في ظل ندرة المياه و تراجع الأمن المائي العربي حيث تفرض طبيعة المياه العابرة للحدود تبعية متبادلة للدول التي تشترك في هذا المورد إذ أن تكاليف الاحجام عن التعاون في ادارة المياه سيكون أكبر بكثير من تكاليف التعاون. وفد أثبتت سياسات العمل الانفرادي عدم قدرة الدول على التغلب على ندرة المياه. ومع زيادة اثار تغير المناخ تتجلى الحاجة الى مقاربة اقليمية أكثر تشاركية اين تساهم مختلف الفواعل من دول ومنظات خاصة وشعبية في ايجاد حلول لازمة المياه في الدول العربية مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار نهج الترابط بين المياه والغذاء والطاقة لتحقيق نتائج أكثر استدامة. This study discusses the water sustainability crisis in the Arab countries, especially with the water scarcity crisis and the decline water security, the nature of transboundary water imposes mutual dependence on the countries that share this resource, as the costs of reluctance to cooperate in water management will be much greater than the costs of cooperation. Delegation The policies of unilateral action have proven the inability of countries to overcome water scarcity. With the increase in the effects of climate change, the need for a more participatory approach becomes apparent, whereby various actors from countries, private and popular organizations contribute to finding solutions to the water crisis in the Arab countries, taking into account the the relation between water, food and energy to achieve more sustainable results.
