قياس مستوى الإحباط من وجهة نظر عينة من أعوان الحماية المدنية دراسة ميدانية بوحدة الحجـار-عنابة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى الإحباط من وجهة نظر عينة من أعوان الحماية المدنية و العاملين بوحدة الحماية المدنية بالحجار – عنابة - ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة مكونة من 17 فقرة ، حيث تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، و وزعت على (36) عون حماية مدنية . وجاءت نتائج الدراسة، أن مستوى الإحباط لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بوحدة الحجار بعنابة يعانون من مستوى عالي من الإحباط. The objective of this study was to measure the level of frustration from the point of view of a sample of the civil protection workers and the staff of the Civil Protection Unit in Al-Hajjar - Annaba. To achieve this goal, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 17 paragraphs, Civil Protection. The results of the study showed that the level of frustration among the civil protection officers in the stone unit in Annaba suffers from a high level of frustration.
