Résumé: The objective of this study was to measure the level of frustration from the point of view of a sample of the civil protection workers and the staff of the Civil Protection Unit in Al-Hajjar - Annaba. To achieve this goal, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 17 paragraphs, Civil Protection. The results of the study showed that the level of frustration among the civil protection officers in the stone unit in Annaba suffers from a high level of frustration.
