Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة العلاقة بين الاقتصاد الخفي والاقتصاد الرسمي في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2020، حيث تشير العديد من الدراسات حول العالم إلى وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الاقتصاد الخفي والاقتصاد الرسمي بينما هناك دراسات أخرى تؤكد على وجود علاقة عكسية سلبية بينهما، ويرجع هذا الاختلاف إلى اختلاف الدول محل الدراسة واختلاف طبيعة اقتصادها. تم في هذه الدراسة اختبار العلاقة بين الاقتصاد الخفي والاقتصاد الرسمي في الجزائر؛ حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الاقتصاد الخفي والاقتصاد الرسمي للفترة 1990-2020 ، وأن نمو الاقتصاد الخفي يؤثرا إيجابا في توسع وازدهار الاقتصاد الرسمي ( نمو الاقتصاد الخفي بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي إلى نمو الاقتصاد الرسمي في الجزائر بثلاثة أضعاف )؛ وهذا ما أدى إلى اتساع الفجوة بينهما خلال فترة الدراسة والتي تشير إلى إمكانية هيمنة الاقتصاد الرسمي وتلاشي الاقتصاد الخفي في المستقبل . This research aims to study the relationship between the informal economy and the formal economy in Algeria for the period 1990-2000 Where many studies around the world indicate that there is a positive direct relationship between the informal economy and the formal economy While there are other studies confirming the existence of a negative inverse relationship between them, This difference is due to the different countries under study. In this study, the relationship between the informal economy and the formal economy in Algeria was tested; Where the study concluded that there is a positive direct relationship between the informal economy and the formal economy for the period 1990-2020, And that the growth of the informal economy has a positive effect on the expansion and prosperity of the official economy (The growth of the informal economy by one unit causes to the growth of the official economy in Algeria triple).
