تحديات ريادة الأعمال النسوية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو محاولة إبراز مختلف التحديات التي تواجه المرأة عموماً عند إقامتها لمؤسسة صغيرة أو متوسطة، والتي من شأنها أن تقلص من فرص التحاقها بعالم الشغل وتحقيق الريادة في أعمالها، وهذا بغية النهوض بالمرأة في عالم الشغل، والوقوف على حجم تأثير عمالة المرأة في الحياة الاقتصادية على مستقبلها التنموي. إن المرأة الجزائرية بالخصوص استطاعت إبراز تميزها في شتى المجالات التنموية، مما جعلها تتجاوز الحدود التي حكمتها العادات والتقاليد المجتمعية، باقتحامها لعالم المقاولة، بالرغم من كل التحديات التي تواجهها من أجل تحقيق طموحاتها من جهة، وتعزيز دورها كعنصر أساسي في بناء المجتمع الاقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية من جهة أخرى. كانت أهم نتيجة توصلنا إليها، ومن خلال تحليلنا لمختلف البيانات المتاحة، أن هناك ثمة تحديات تحول دون وصول المرأة الجزائرية لهذا الطموح لاسيما ما تعلق منها بالجانب التمويلي. This research paper aims to evaluate the women’s experience in the field of entrepreneurship by detecting various challenges that women face in general when setting up a small or medium enterprise, and which may reduce chances of their joining the world of work, and this to be able to determine the size of the impact of employment women in economic life on their future development. The Algerian woman was able to show her distinction in various fields of development. This made her transcend the limits ruled by societal customs and traditions, by entering the world of entrepreneurship. Despite all the challenges she faces in order to achieve her ambitions, she attempts to strengthen her role as an essential element in building the economic community and achieving economic development. Accordingly, the most important result, there are many challenges can prevent Algerian women to achieve this ambition, especially the financing aspect.
