تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وعلاقتها بالتطوير التنظيمي دراسة حالة (الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الاجراء وكالة الوادي)
Résumé: ملخص: تناولت الدراسة العلاقة بين استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وبين التطوير التنظيمي وفي هذا الصدد تم التطرق إلى الإطار المفاهيمي لكل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ولمفهوم التطوير التنظيمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 56 مستجوبا من مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة الوادي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة وقوية وذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلاله 05 % بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وبين التطوير التنظيمي. Abstract: This study focused on the relationship between the use of information and communication technology and the organizational development. In this context, the research addressed the conceptual framework of both information and communication technology and the organizational development. The subjects relevant to the study included 56 respondents from the National Fund of Social Insurance CNAS, Eloued Agency. The conclusions of the study revealed some findings out of which we can mention that there is a strong positive correlation with a 5% statistical indication between information and communication technology and the organizational development.
