الجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري من منظور الاساتذة الجامعيين( دراسة ميدانية ).

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على قضية من ابرز القضايا التي تؤثر على حياة وأمن الافراد افراد المجتمع ألا وهي الجريمة فالجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية وخلقية وسياسية واقتصادية قبل ان تكون حالة قانونية. وانطلاقاً من هذا المفهوم نرى أنها عبارة عن تعبير للموازنة بين صراع القيم الاجتماعية والضغوط المختلفة من قبل المجتمع. فالإجرام نتيجة لحالة الصراع بين الفرد والمجتمع. وقد كان مفهوم الجريمة قديماً يعزى إلى نفس المجرم الشريرة وان الانتقام هو الأساس في رد فعل السلوك الإجرامي. وفي الشق الميداني للدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبانة من 05 ابعاد على عينة عشوائية من 108 استاذ واستاذة، وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية توصلت النتائج الى: الاسباب المادية والاقتصادية من اهم الاسباب وبعدها الاسباب الدينية والاجتماعية وأن الاهتمام بالتنشئة الاجتماعية السليمة للفرد والاسرة تساعد على الحد من الجريمة في المجتمع الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاح : الجريمة ؛ المجتمع الجزائري ؛ تصورات ؛ الاساتذة الجامعيين. Abstract: This study aims at shedding light on one of the most important issues that affect the life and security of individual members of the society namely crime. Crime is a social, moral, political and economic phenomenon before it is a legal situation. Based on this concept, we see it as an expression of the balance between the conflict of social values and the various pressures exerted by society. Crime is the result of conflict between the individual and society. The concept of crime was old due to the same evil criminal and revenge was the basis of the reaction to criminal behavior. In the field of the study, a questionnaire of 50 dimensions was designed on a random sample of 108 professors and professors. After the statistical treatment, the results reached: Physical and economic reasons of the most important reasons and then religious and social reasons. The Algerian.
