Résumé: The aim of this study is to highlight the most important artificial intelligence applications in banks.We have discussed the basic concepts of financial technology and artificial intelligrence. Its applications are: expert systems that assist in the general diagnosis of the banks, making decisions and analyzing all data. artificial neural network wich is on of the most applications of artificial intelligence of simulating human cognition and statistical methods used in risk management to assist decision maker in prediction. The main reason for including robots in this study is that it cannot exist in isolation from artificial intelligence. We have studied experience in some contries, based on information and previous studies that have been viewed. The study veached some results such as the contribution of artificial intelligence in reducing operational costs, its effectiveness in processing customer-related data, and its provision of a high level of security, ease of performance, and access to information.
