الوجهات السياحية الذكية وإعتماد تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي (دراسة حالة دبي)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل تطوير إمارة دبي كوجهة سياحة ومدى مساهمة تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في دعمه، بالنظر لتوافرها العديد من المقومات السياحية، ما يخولها إمتلاك وجهات سياحية ذكية، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإعتماد على معالجة إستبانة مصممة لذلك، ببرنامج SPSS، لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وخلصت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أن الذكاء الإصطناعي بدبي يشهد تطورا بعد تبنيه لتطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي بالقطاع السياحي، وهذا عائد لجودة الخدمات السياحية المقدمة، والذكاء لتطوير الخدمات السياحية بالبنى التحتية، ما أدى إلى إكتساب عروضها السياحية صفة الذكاء وزيادة الطلب عليها مقارنة مع الدول العربية المتذيلة لترتيب الدول المنافسة في السياحة العالمية. The study aimed to analyze the development of Dubai as a tourist destination, and how Artificial Intelligence Applications supporting it, has many tourist attractions makes it smart tourist destination, was use the descriptive analytical method on the processing a questionnaire for testing the hypotheses using the SPSS, this research concluded that Artificial Intelligence in Dubai is growing its adoption of artificial Intelligence Applications in the Tourism Sector, this is up to develop Tourism Services of infrastructure, and the increase in demand for it compared to the Arab countries, which lag behind in the ranking of competing countries in global tourism.
