تداولية الخطاب النبوي الشريف في كتاب اللؤلؤ و المرجان فيما اتفق عليه الشيخان

Résumé: تمثّل التّداولية حقلا معرفيّا جديدًا، أحدث ثورة في المفاهيم والإجراءات التّحليلية التي لم يعتدها المشهد اللّساني المعاصر، وذلك بدعوته إلى ضرورة استحضار الإطار الخارجي الذي أنجز في خضمه الملفوظ؛ لأنّ اللّغة شكل من أشكال النّشاط الإنسانيّ الفعال، حيث تصدر من متكلّم محدّد موجّه إلى مخاطب محدّد بلفظ محدّد قصد تحقيق غرض تواصليّ محدّد، ومن هنا يحدث التّواصل، والتّفاهم، ويتحّقق التّأثير والإقناع. ولما كان الخطاب النّبوي الشّريف شكلا من أشكال الخطاب الإنسانيّ، ينجز رسالة إبلاغيّة تحمل إلى النّاس مقاصد وغايات الشّريعة الإسلاميّة، مخاطبًا إيّاهم بالحجّة للتّأثير فيهم إقناعهم. ارتأينا أن نتوسّل بالمقاربة التّداولية التي رأيناها أفضل آليّة لمعالجة هذه الأنواع من الخطابات، لما تقترحه من مفاهيم نظرية، وآليات إجرائية تستنطق النّص وتكشف مكنوناته، وتبيّن مقاصده الإبلاغية، وتقف على آداءاته الدّلالية، كونها تراعي ظروف إنتاج الخطاب، واستعمالاته في المقامات التّخاطبيّة المختلفة لتحقيق تواصل ناجح. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Deliberativeness represents a new field of knowledge, which revolutionized concepts and analytical procedures that the contemporary linguistic scene was not accustomed to, by calling for the necessity of recalling the external framework that was accomplished in its vocalized midst; Because language is a form of effective human activity, as it comes from a specific speaker directed to a specific addressee with a specific word in order to achieve a specific communicative purpose, and from here communication and understanding occur, and influence and persuasion are achieved. And since the honorable prophetic discourse is a form of human discourse, it accomplishes an informative message that conveys to the people the purposes and goals of Islamic law, addressing them with the argument to influence and convince them. We decided to invoke the deliberative approach, which we saw as the best mechanism for dealing with these types of discourses, for what they propose of theoretical concepts, and procedural mechanisms that question the text and reveal its components, and show its informative purposes, and stand on its semantic performances, as it takes into account the conditions of discourse production, and its uses in the various conversational stations to achieve communication successful.
