الإثبات الجنائي عن طريق اللغة - بحث في دور البصمة الصوتية في ضوء اللسانيات الجنائية -

Résumé: ملخص: تطورت العلوم اللسانية المختلفة و ازدهرت دراساتها ، ففتحت آفاقا جديدة في البحوث العلمية المعاصرة لاسيما و أنّها اقترنت بغيرها من العلوم و الفروع البحثية مؤسسة لعلوم بينية جديدة كاللسانيات الحاسوبية ، اللسانيات العصبية، اللسانيات العرفانية، اللسانيات الاقتصادية....، كما بحثت اللسانيات في كثير من القضايا القانونية من خلال تحليل لغة القانون ، بله تعمّقت أكثر في الجرائم و الجنايات لتؤسّس هذه الدراسات لعلم بيني جديد سمي باللسانيات القانونية أو اللسانيات الجنائية،و الذي جعل من اللغة أداة إجرائية للوصول إلى الجناة و المتهمين. يسعى البحث للتعريف بهذا العلم و بمصطلحاته و أدواته الإجرائية المستخدمة في التحقيق الجنائي القائم على اللغة، كما يركّز على علم بيني آخر يدعى الصوتيات الجنائية الذي يضطلع بمهمة بيان كيف تصير البصمة اللسانية و البصمة الصوتية بالتحديد عاملا فاصلا في الكشف عن خيوط الجريمة و ملابساتها و منفذيها،من خلال توظيف أجهزة التحليل الصوتي و الحواسيب في هذا المجال. Abstract: linguistic sciences have evolved, opening up new prospects in contemporary scientific research, especially as they are coupled with other sciences s as an institution of new interstitial sciences such as computer linguistics, Nervous linguistics...., linguistics have also examined many legal issues through analysis of the language of the law, It was even deeper into crimes and crimes to establish these studies of a new international science called legal or criminal linguistics. s rights ", which made language a procedural tool in reaching perpetrators and defendants. The research seeks to familiarize this science and its terms and procedural tools used in the language-based criminal investigation. It also focuses on another interstitial science called Criminal Acoustics, which is tasked with demonstrating how the linguistic and acoustic footprint become a determining factor in the detection of crime threads, clothes and executors, through the use of audio analytics and computers in this area.
