بيئة العمل الداخلية و أثرها على على الولاء التنظيمي للافراد العاملين دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة سونلغاز الأغواط

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور بيئة العمل الداخلية في رفع وتعزيز مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية الأغواط ،وإعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه يتلاءم مع موضوع الدراسة ،و إستخدم الباحث الإستبيان و طبق على عينة مكونة من 124 موظف العاملين بمؤسسة بولاية الأغواط و قد أوضحت النتائج المتوصل إليها : أن جميع الفرضيات تحققت بالنسبة لعمال مؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية الأغواط تلعب بيئة العمل الداخلية بأبعادها (الظروف المادية والمعنوية) دورا في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية الأغواط. الظروف المادية المناسبة ( الأجر ،المكافأت) تعتبر من المتطلبات المهمة التي تسهم في إرتفاع مستوى الولاء التنظيمي، الظروف المعنوية الملائمة ( العلاقات داخل المؤسسة ،المشاركة في إتخاذ القرار) تساهم في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية الأغواط The aim of this study was to identify the role of the internal work environment in raising and enhancing the level of organizational loyalty among workersSonelgaz Foundation for the Wilayat of Laghouat, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach as it fits withThe researcher used the questionnaire and applied to a sample of 124 employees of a state institutionLaghouat.The results showed that: All hypotheses have been fulfilled for the workers of the Sonelgaz State Foundation for Laghouat The internal work environment with its dimensions (physical and moral conditions) plays a role in promoting organizational loyaltyWorkers of the Sonelgaz State of Laghouat. - Appropriate material conditions (remuneration, remuneration) are important requirements that contribute to the riseLevel of organizational loyalty. - Moral conditions (relationships within the institution, participation in decision-making) contribute to strengtheningOrganizational loyalty to the workers of the Sonelgaz State Foundation for Laghouat
