Résumé: This study aims to know the role of the balanced scorecard in improving performance at the university center abdel hafeez boualsouf, through the dimenssions of the balanced scorecard represented in the financial dimension, after customers, after internal operations, after learning and growth and its role in improving erformance. To achieve the objectives of the study, the case study technique was relied upon using the questionnaire tool to identify the peerception of the employees of the university center abdel hafeez boualsous –mila- regarding the balnced scorecard and its role in improving performance, as the study included a sample consisting of 53 employees ; which were analyzed based on the statistical analysis program (SPSS V25) and our finding were as follows : The financial dimension has a role to play in improving the performance of the abdel hafeez boualsouf university center –mila- ; and The role of clients in improving the performance of the university center abdel hafeez boualsouf –mila- ; and The internal operations dimension has role to play in improving the performance of the abdelhafeez boualsouf university –mila- ; and The dimension of learning and growth has a rol in improving the performance of the univesity center abdel hafeez boualsouf –mila-.
