العلاقة القانونية بين الالتزام بالمطابقة والالتزام بسلامة المنتوج في ظل القانون الجزائري
Résumé: جعل المشرع الجزائري من الالتزام بالسلامة إلزاما تبعيا للالتزام بالمطابقة ووسيلة لتحقيقه، وهو ذات التوجه الذي سلكه حتى بعد تعديله لقانون الاستهلاك في سنة 2018 في الوقت الذي يتعين فيه الفصل بين الالتزامين لاختلافهما من حيث الهدف والنطاق، وإلا سيؤدي إلى ابتلاع الالتزام بالمطابقة للالتزام بالسلامة. The Algerian legislator considered the commitment to safety an obligation following the commitment to conformity and a means to achieve it, which is the same approach it took even after amending the consumption law in 2018 at a time when the two obligations must be separated due to their difference in goal and scope, otherwise it will lead to the commitment to conformity swallow the commitment to safety.
