مساهمة سياسة التحفيز الجبائي لتنمية الاستثمار في القطاع الصناعي – الجزائر- دراسة حالة "شركة التلواز لصناعة المصبرات بالشلف"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهم التحفيزات الجبائية الممنوحة لجذب و تشجيع الاستثمار في القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر و كذا تبيان مساهمة هذه التحفيزات في توسيع رقعة الاستثمار في نفس القطاع و كل هذا سواء تعلق الأمر بالتحفيزات الجبائية الممنوحة في إطار النظام العام ضمن قوانين الضرائب المختلفة أو تعلق الأمر بالتحفيزات الجبائية الممنوحة في إطار هيئات دعم الاستثمار ضمن نظام الامتيازات أو النظام التفضيلي. كما تضمنت هذه دراسة حالة "شركة التلواز لصناعة المصبرات بالشلف"كأحد أشكال الاستثمار الصناعي من أجل إسقاط الدراسة النظرية على الجانب التطبيقي من خلال إبراز المبالغ الضريبية التي إستفاد منها المستثمر في شكل إعفاءات ضريبية سواء أثناء مرحلة انجاز المشروع أو بعد معاينة الدخول في الاستغلال . contribution of stimulus to the development of investment in the industrial sector -Algeria- study case of "tuloise company of canning industry at chlef" This research aims to show the important fiscal incentives granted to attract the investment in the industrial sector in algeria and encourage it, besides that it reveals the input of these incentives to the extension of the investment at the same sector, and all of that , whether it comes to the tax incentives granted within the public system within the different tax laws, or related to the tax incentives granted within the bodies of investment support within the system of privileges or preferential system. This research paper also includes a case study of "tuloise company of canning industry at Chlef" as a sort of industrial investment in order to drop the theorical study on the applied side, by showing the tax amount that the investor has benefited in a form of tax exemption either during the project construction phase or after the examination of the project and entering in the stage of exploitation.
