Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات والبنوك وإبراز أهمية الالتزام بتحقيق أهدافها، بالإضافة إلى إبراز برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية لبنك الجزيرة السعودي وتوضيح أهدافه وتسليط الضوء على واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنك، وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود التزام لدى بنك الجزيرة السعودي بمسؤوليته الاجتماعية وتحقيقه لمؤشرات أداء عالية تعزز دوره الاجتماعي وتثبت التزامه التام اتجاه مختلف الأطراف وأصحاب المصلحة، واهتمام البنك بتحقيق المجالات المختلفة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى سعي بنك الجزيرة إلى تحديث البرامج والمبادرات المتعلقة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية واعتبار متطلباتها مبادرات طوعية وأخلاقية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، البنوك، بنك الجزيرة السعودي. Abstract: The study aims to define the concept of corporate and bank social responsibility and highlight the importance of commitment to achieving its objectives, as well as highlight the social responsibility program of the Saudi Bank of Jazeera and clarify its objectives and highlight the reality of social responsibility in the Bank, It has been reached that there is a commitment by the Saudi Bank Al-Jazira to its social responsibility and its achievement of high performance indicators that enhance its social role and prove its full commitment towards the various parties and stakeholders, and the Bank's interest in achieving the various areas of social responsibility, in addition to the Bank Al-Jazira's endeavor to update programs and initiatives related to social responsibility Considering its requirements as voluntary and ethical initiatives.
