الاتصال في الوسط الأكاديمي وعلاقته بمهارات إدارة الوقت لدى طلاب الجامعة دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بالأغواط

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث مقاربة العملية الاتصالية بين الأساتذة والمعلمين مع الطلاب داخل الفصول الدراسية من خلال تحديد نمط ونوعية هذا التفاعل وفقا للمواقف التعليمية التعلمية وطبيعة دائرة التكوين والأعداد الأكاديمي للطلبة. وإكسابهم مهارات إدارة الوقت واستغلاله واستثماره. وتمثل المجال الاجتماعي للدراسة الميدانية في طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بالأغواط من خلال توزيع أداة الاستمارة البحثية لقياس درجة امتلاك الطلبة لمهارة إدارة الوقت. Abstract: The research aims at examining the approach of the communication process between teachers and students in the classroom by determining the pattern and quality of this interaction according to educational learning attitudes, the nature of the inputs provided and the type of outputs and performance required according to communication patterns to provide them with skills about time management, exploitation and investment. The participants of the field study is represented by the students of the high school of “ENS” in Laghouat through addressing them with a questionnaire as a tool to measure the students' degree of time management skills.
