Résumé: الملخص: ﹸتعتبر الجامعة نسق إجتماعي تؤثر و تتأثر بالمجتمع الذي توجد به؛ لما تلعبه من دور استراتجي؛ باعتبارها مكانا جامعا للعلم و المعرفة و لاسيما وظيفة البحث العلمي التي يقاس من خلاله تطور الأمم، إضافة إلى أنها الحافظ الأساسي للتراث الثقافي و القيم الجماعية و ما تسعى له من جهد في تكوين نوعي للموارد البشرية و إنتاج المعرفة، أردنا من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على المؤسسة الجامعية الجزائرية؛ لغرض التعرف على وضعية الكفاءات البحثية و مخابر البحث من عملية إنتاج المعرفة العلمية. Abstract : The university is considered as a social layout which has great impact on the society because of its major significance. Besides, the university is the appropriate place of knowledge through the function of the scientific research. This latter is the criterion of the nation’s development and growth. Also, it functions to protect the cultural heritage and the collective values by spending huge efforts on improving the quality of the existing human resources and to ameliorate the quality of knowledge production. This article aims to highlight the Algerian University Corporation for the purpose of identifying the status of research competences and research laboratories in the process of scientific knowledge production.
