أثر وقف الفائض التأميني على الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين التكافلي -دراسة تطبيقية لشركة Pak-qatar Takaful": للفترة (2015-2011).

Résumé: تهدُف الدراسة إلى تحديد الآثار التي يحدثها وقف الفائض التأميني على الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين التكافلي، ولصندوق وقف المشتركين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم حساب نسب الملاءة المالية للشركة للفترة (2011-2015)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم تأثير وقف الفائض التأميني على الملاءة المالية للشركة، وإن ما يتحقق بالشركة من عجز تأميني، فنتيجة عدم اتباعها لسياسة المخاطر المرتفعة في استثمارتها؛ حيث تعتمد في استثماراتها على الصكوك ثابتة العائد. The objective of the study is to determine the effects of the Waqf of insurance surplus on the solvency of Takaful insurance companies, and the Participants Waqf Fund, In order to achieve the objective of the study, the Company's solvency ratios for the period 2011-2015 were calculated. And the company's insurance deficit, as a result of its failure to follow the high risk policy in its investments, It depends on its investments in Sukuk with fixed return.
