Résumé: " تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى ادارة المعرفة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، وذلك من خلال التركيز على البعد توليد المعرفة ، تخزين المعرفة ، البعد نشر المعرفة و البعد تطبيق المعرفة ، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل متغيرات الدراسة وأبعادها المختلفة، وأيضا تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة في جمع المعلومات والبيانات، حيث وزعت 40 استمارة وكان منها 30 استمارة صالحة للتحليل، وبناء على تحليل المعطيات والمعلومات، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، من أهمها أن مستوى تطبيق ممارسات توليد المعرفة لم يكن ضعيف في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي بل كان مقبول ، ودرجة تطبيق ممارسات تخزين المعرفة جاء مقبول في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ، وأنه يوجد اهتمام مقبول بتطبيق ممارسات نشر المعرفة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، وأن درجة الالتزام بتطبيق المعرفة كان بمستوى مقبول في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي " " Abstract The study aims to determine the level of knowledge management, Algeria Telecom Corporation in the Valley, by focusing on the knowledge generation dimension, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination dimension and knowledge application dimension. The descriptive approach was used to describe and analyze the variables of the study and its various dimensions. As a tool for collecting information and data, 40 questionnaires were distributed and 30 of them were valid for analysis. Based on the analysis of data and information, the study reached many results, the most important of which is that the level of application of knowledge generation practices was not weak in Algeria Telecom in EL oued but was acceptable. The degree of application of knowledge storage practices was acceptable in Algeria Telecom in EL oued and that there is an acceptable interest in applying knowledge dissemination practices in Algeria Telecom in El oued and that the degree of commitment to knowledge application was at an acceptable level in Algeria Telecom in el oued "
