اثر ادارة المعرفة علة تنافسية منظمات الاعمال دراسة حالة مؤسسة الورود بالوادي
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة الورود بولاية الوادي. تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة مكونة من 60 عاملاً في المنظمة وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر معنوي وإيجابي لكل من تخزين المعرفة و تطبيق المعرفة على القدرة التنافسية لمؤسسة الورود بولاية الوادي، أما فيما يتعلق بتوليد المعرفة ونشرها فقد كان التأثير غير معنوي على القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة قيد الدراسة The study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management in enhancing the competitiveness of Business organizations, using a case study of the Woroud Foundation in the state of El Oued. Aquestionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 workers in the organization and the data was analyzed using a statistical program SPSS, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a moral and positive impact of both storing knowledge and applying knowledge on the competitiveness of the Woroud Foundation in the state of El Oued, As for knowledge generation and knowledge dissemination, the effect was insignificant on the competitiveness of the institution under study
