الغاز الطبيعي الجزائري -إستراتيجيات التصدير والافاق المستقبلية-

Résumé: تمتلك الجزائر احتياطات هامة من الغاز الطبيعي، حيث تحتل المرتبة العاشرة عالميا بنسبة 2,4 % من حجم الاحتياطات العالمية، غير أنها تواجه مجموعة من التحديات وهذا في ظل تراجع مستويات الإنتاج، ونمو الاستهلاك المحلي من الغاز الطبيعي والذي يعرف منحنى تصاعديا منذ سنة 2010، وهو ما يشكل عائقا أمام الجزائر من أجل الوفاء بعقود التصدير الطويلة الأجل المبرمة . بالإضافة إلى ذلك هناك ظهور لدول منافسة ذات احتياطات كبيرة وقدرات تصديرية هائلة، كلها عوامل وتطورات لها تأثيرات على حجم الصادرات الغازية الجزائرية وأصبحت تهدد حصتها في الأسواق التقليدية خاصة الأوروبية. Algeria has significant reserves of natural gas occupying the tenth place globally by 2.4% of the volume of the international reserves. However, it faces a range of challenges under the decline in production levels, the growth of domestic consumption of natural gas that witnessed an upward curve since 2010. This fact represents an obstacle to Algeria to meet long-term export contracts. In addition to the spectrum, the emergence of countries with large reserves competition and export capabilities are enormous, all these are factors that have effects on the Algerian gas exports but threaten its stake in the classical markets especially the European ones.
