أثر الاحتراق الوظيفي على الأداء الإبداعي للعاملين دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية - محمد بوضياف -ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الاحتراق الوظيفي على الأداء الإبداعي للعاملين (الأطباء) في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بورقلة، بالإضافة الى دراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين، اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا كل من الاستبانة والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات، اذ تم اجراء مقابلات مع عينة عشوائية من العاملين (الأطباء) حول مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي، تم توزيع 169 استبانة على عينة عشوائية من الأطباء بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة بمختلف مصالحها، وقد تم تحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج spss باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية. تمثلت نتائج الدراسة في وجود مستوى متوسط من مفهوم الاحتراق الوظيفي في العينة المدروسة، في حين وجود مستوى مرتفع من الأداء الإبداعي في ذات العينة، هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاحتراق الوظيفي والأداء الإبداعي للعاملين(الأطباء)، حيث كان معامل الارتباط الكلي 0.003-عند مستوى دلالة 0.986 والذي يعني وجود علاقة خطية عكسية ضعيفةجدا بين المتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع، لاتوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات افراد العينة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية عندهم. The study aims to know the effect of job burnout on the creative performance of workers (doctors) in the public hospital, Mohamed Boudiaf, Ouargla, in addition to studying the relationship between the two variables. In the study, we relied on the descriptive approach and used both the questionnaire and the interview as tools to collect information, as interviews were conducted with a sample. Randomized workers (doctors) about the level of job burnout, 169 questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of doctors in the institution under study with various interests, and the results were analyzed based on the spss program using a set of statistical tools and methods. The results of the study were represented in the presence of an average level of the concept of functional burnout in the studied sample, while the presence of a high level of creative performance in the same sample, there is a statistically significant relationship between job burnout and the creative performance of workers (doctors), where the overall correlation coefficient was 0.003-at Significance level 0.986, which means that there is a weak inverse linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and there are not statistically significant differences in the answers of the sample members due to their personal variables
