أثر إدارة المعرفة على تطوير الأداء المؤسسي بجامعة غرداية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة المعرفة على تطوير الأداء المؤسسي بجامعة غرداية ، ولتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من هذه الدراسة، فقد تم تصميم استبيان تضمن المتغيرات المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة وعملياتها و كذا تحسين وتطوير الأداء ، ثم وزعت على عينة من موظفي جامعة غرداية بشكل عشوائي من بين موظفي هذه المؤسسة، والتي بلغ عددها 90 موظف. توصلت الدراسة لنتائج هامة تمثلت في أن لدى العاملين بجامعة غرداية إتجاه إيجابي نحو تطوير الأداء المؤسسي في المؤسسة من خلال إدارة المعرفة وعملياتها حيث تجاوزت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي لعمليات تطوير الأداء 3.10% مما يعني أن لإدارة المعرفة تأثير بارز على عملية تطوير الأداء المؤسسي. Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify the impact of knowledge management on the development of organizational performance at Ghardaia University. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed to include the variables related to knowledge management and processes, as well as improvement and development of performance. Among the employees of this institution, which numbered 90 employees. The results of the study showed that the employees of Ghardaia University have a positive trend towards improving the institutional performance in the organization through knowledge management and operations. The average performance of the performance development operations exceeded 3.10%, which means that knowledge management has a significant impact on the process of developing institutional performance.
