روابط التمكين للرأسمال الاجتماعي ودور الجامعات في التنمية

Résumé: ملخص: إن هذا العمل البحثي يُعد مداخلة تحليلية لقضية مهمة هي: "روابط التمكين للرأسمال الاجتماعي ودور الجامعات في التنمية المستدامة" من خلال رصد مؤشرات الاستثمار في رأس المال الطبيعي والاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في قطاعي التعليم الجامعي العام والخاص؛ لتحديد أهم روابط التمكين ظل ايدلوجية العولمة وقيمها الليبرالية الجديدة؛ وما ينبغي أن تتخذه الحكومات من تدابير اضافية للتمويل وضمان تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص؛ في الانتفاع من العملية التعليمية على مستوى الفرد والمؤسسة والمجتمع؛ في ظل الدعوات المطالبة بتعميم الاقتصاد والتبادل الحر كنموذج مرجعي للقوى الثقافية المحركة لسياسات الإصلاح للتعليم الجامعي. Abstract: this paper presents an analytical intervention on an important issue: the links of empowerment of social capital and the role of universities in sustainable development through monitoring indicators of investment in natural capital and investment in human capital in the public and private education sectors to identify the most important links of empowerment.
