خواص المؤسسة العائلية كمحدد للسياسة المالية، دراسة حالة Nca Rouiba

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر المؤسسات العائلية في إقتصاديات دول العالم الأكثر عددا من بين مختلف انواع المؤسسات، اضافة الى أنها تتميز بآداء فعال مقارنة بالمؤسسات الغير عائلية، خصوصا في مواجهة الازمات على إختلاف أنواعها، الإستمرارية ومناخ العمل. هذا الآداء المتميز يرجعه الكثير من الباحثين الى خواص تتميز بها المؤسسات العائلية تجعلها مختلفة عن المؤسسات الغير عائلية من بين هذه الخواص وجود اهداف ليست بالضرورة إقتصادية، رغبة المالكين في تمرير المشعل للاجيال التالية، رؤيا طويلة المدى. من جهة اخرى تعتبر السياسة المالية في المؤسسة المحرك الرئيسي للأداء، ومن اهم عناصرها هيكل رأس المال الذي من خلاله يمكن للمؤسسات في ظل إختلالات الأسواق، الرفع من قيمة المؤسسة. لذلك تعتبر نظرية هيكل رأس المال مهمة جدا للوصول الى هيكل تمويلي أمثل. إن المؤسسات العائلية ورغبة منها في الحفاظ على الطبيعة العائلية للمؤسسة من خلال عدم فقدان الملكية تجد نفسها امام عقبات تحول بينها وبين سياسة مالية سليمة وفق نظرية هيكل راس المال. Abstract: Family businesses are considered in the countries world economies, as the most numerous, among the different types of enterprises. In addition to its being characterized by effective performance compared to non-family business. Among these characteristics is the type of goals that are not necessarily economic, the desire of owners to pass the torch to the following generations, a long-term vision. On the other hand, the enterprise’s finance policy is the main driver of performance, and one of its most important elements is the capital structure through which enterprises, in the light of market imbalances, can increase the value of the enterprise. The Capital structure theory is therefore very important for reaching an optimal financing structure. Desiring to preserve the family nature of the enterprise by not losing ownership, family business finds themselves in front of obstacles to follow a correct financial policy according to capital structure theory.
