دور حاضنات الاعمال الجامعية في مرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة : دراسة حالة حاضنة اعمال جامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الى القاء الضوء على دور حاضنات الاعمال الجامعية في دعم و مواكبة المشاريع الناشئة , وتوجيه طلاب الدراسات العليا نحو ريادة الاعمال , وتوفير اطار مفاهيمي لحاضنات الاعمال الجامعية و الشركات الناشئة . بما في ذلك توضيح العلاقة بين الحاضنات او المهام العامة التي تقدمها , حيث انها تمر بثلاث مراحل تم تحديدها في الدراسة و المؤسسات الناشئة . كما اجريت الدراسة الميدانية في حاضنات الاعمال بجامعة خنشلة , حيث تم دراسة و اختيار عينة متكونة من خبيرين في الحاضنة و طالبين ذوي افكار مبتكرة , حيث اعتمدنا على ملاحظة الوثيقة و المقابلة كاداتين رئيسيتين للبيانات . واخيرا اوضحت الدراسة ان كل مرحلة من مراحل الحضانة لها دور في دعم و مواكبة المشاريع الناشئة . Summary : the study aimed to shed light on the role of university business incubators in supporting and accompanying emerging enterprises, guiding graduate students towards entrepreneurship, and providing a conceptual framework for university business incubators and emerging enterprises. Including clarifying the relationship between the incubators or the general tasks that they provide, as they go through three stages that were identified in the study, and the emerging institutions. The field study was also conducted in the business incubators of Abbas University, where a sample consisting of two experts in the incubator and two students with innovative ideas was studied and selected, in which we relied on document observation and interview as two main tools for data collection. Finally, the study described that each stage of incubation has a role in supporting and accompanying emerging enterprises.
