دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في مرافقة المشاريع الابتكارية وانشاء المؤسسات الناشئة - دراسة حالة حاضنة أعمال جامعة محمد بوضياف - المسيلة

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الدور الذي تقوم به حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في مرافقة المشاريع المبتكرة وانشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، فمن خلال دراسة الحالة بحاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج تلخصت في أن حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة وباعتبارها الحاضنة النموذجية على مستوى الجزائر تلعب دورا مهما في إرساء روح وثقافة ريادة الأعمال والأفكار الابتكارية لدى الطلبة والشباب وفي إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، من خلال جملة من المهام التي تقوم بها، وحققت الحاضنة ورغم حداثة نشأتها نتائج جد معتبرة في مجال مرافقة الأفكار المبتكرة وإنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، وكذلك في عدد الملفات المودعة للحصول على براءة الاختراع جعلها تحتل المراتب الأولى وطنيا في كل هذه المجالات، وعليه فإن حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية تعتبر مفتاحا لبعث وإرساء المشاريع الابتكارية وكذا انشاء المؤسسات الناشئة. كلمات مفتاحية: حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية، المشاريع الابتكارية، المؤسسات الناشئة. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role taken by university business incubators in accompanying innovative projects and establishing start-up enterprises. It is important in establishing the spirit and culture of entrepreneurship and innovative ideas among students and youth and the establishment of emerging enterprises, through a number of tasks that it undertakes, and the incubator, despite its recent inception, has achieved very significant results in the field of accompanying innovative ideas and establishing emerging enterprises, as well as in the number of files filed to obtain a patent The invention which made it occupy the first ranks nationally in all these fields, and therefore university business incubators are considered a key to the creation and establishment of innovative projects as well as emerging institutions.
