المقدسات الإسلامية في مدينة القدس – نظرة عامة-

Résumé: هذا المقال يستعرض أهم المقدسات الإسلامية (أوقاف/ حبوس) في مدينة القدس من مساجد ومدارس وقباب وزوايا وملاجئ للأيتام ومقابر وأضرحة للعلماء والصالحين وأسواق وقلاع...هذه الأنواع الكثيرة من المنشئات العمرانية أخذت قدسيتها من كونها أوقافا نظمتها الشريعة الإسلامية وضمنت لها قدسيتها وحرمتها وحددت طرق استغلالها والاستفادة منها بقوانين صارمة وبأسلوب واضح. والهدف من هذه النظرة العامة والاستعراض غير المفصل هو لفت الانتباه إلى أهمية هذه المقدسات في رسم هوية مدينة القدس ودق ناقوس الخطر أمام مشاريع التهويد التي تشنها سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلية الصهيونية. This article represents the most important sacredness (Waqef, Habous) in the city of Jerusalem consisting of mosques, schools, capitals, zaouias, orpholinates, cemeteries, tombs of ulemas and virtuous people, souks and castles. Those several typed of urban edifices took its sacredness an endowment that the Islamic Sharia in stituted and guaranteed their sacredness and sanctuary as well as it clarified the ways of its exploitation and of benefiting from it according to a server law and a clear way.
