الاعتداءات الاسرائيلية على القدس من منظور القانون الدولي الإنساني

Résumé: تعتبر القدس قلب الحضارات والمعتقدات، فهي تَجْمع رموز الديانات الربانية الثلاث، وهذا البعد الديني جعلها في قلب أطماع اليهود الذين دخلوا فلسطين تحت غطاء الانتداب البريطاني، قام الصهاينة باحتلال الجزء الغربي من القدس سنة 1948، وضموا جزأها الشرقي سنة 1967 فصارت بذلك مدينة القدس تحت الاحتلال الاسرائيلي الذي عاث فيها فسادا، فارتكب فيها أبشع الجرائم المحرمة دوليا، وخرق جميع اتفاقيات القانون الدولي الإنساني، مما يلقي على عاتق المجتمع الدولي تحميل الاحتلال الاسرائيلي المسؤولية الدولية عن الجرائم المرتكبة في فلسطين عموما وفي مدينة القدس خصوصا. Jerusalem is the heart of civilizations and beliefs; it combines the three divine religions symbols. And this religious dimension placed it into the Jews covetousness hearth. Under the British Mandate cover, The Jews entered Palestine. In 1948 the Zionists occupied Jerusalem western part, and in 1967 annexed its eastern part, thus placing the holy city under the Israeli occupation that spread corruption. He committed the most heinous crimes internationally prohibited, and it violated all international humanitarian law convention. This places the responsibility of the international community holding the Israeli occupation internationally responsible for crimes committed in Palestine in general and in the city of Jerusalem in particular.
