مبادرة كولن باول للإصلاح " الشراكة الأمريكية الشرق الأوسطية"."

Résumé: تتناول الدراسة مبادرة كولن بأول وزير خارجية الولايات المتحدة في 12 ديسمبر 2002 للشراكة الامريكية والشرق الأوسط وهو حلقة من حلقات المشاريع التي طرحتها أمريكا على المنطقة العربية. والهدف من ذلك احداث اصلاح اقتصادي وسياسي وتربوي. وقد خلصت الدراسة بأن المبادرة لم تكن تهدف إلى تحقيق الإصلاح في حد ذاته بل يهدف إلى إحداث ترتيبات سياسية وأمنية وفق الرؤية الأمريكية. This study highlights the Reform Initiative the former U.S. secretary of State Collin Powell issued in December 12, 2002 for a partnership between the United State and the Middle East. This initiative is one among many other projects the U.S. has issued towards the Arab region to, allegedly, prompt economic, political as well as educational reforms. However, this article argues that the real objectives of such a program is to make new political and security arrangements to serve its interest in the region.
