التدخل الأجنبي في شمال إفريقيا: حالة واقع التدخل الإنساني في ليبيا والتنافس على المصالح

Résumé: يقوم التــــدخل الدولي الإنـــــساني على تصور حــــــق المجتمع الدولي في التدخل العسكري في دولة تنتهك حقوق الإنسانية. وفق ما يعرف بالاختـــصاص العالمي لحمايــــة الإنسان, كالتدخل في ليبيا عام 2011 من طرف حلف الأطلســــي بتـــــفــويــــض من مجلــــس الأمن وفقا للقراريـــن 1970 و 1973. غير أن تنافس الدول على التدخل في ليبيا وتـــــــضارب أهدافها ومصالحها زاد من تأزم الوضع الداخلي الليبي على كل الأصعدة السياسية والاقتصادية والإجتماعية والأمنية. International humanitarian intervention is based on envisioning the international communitys rightto intervens militarity in another country, to prevent the commission of crimes against humanity What is known as tge global jurisdiction for human protection, as happened in Libya in 2011though the intervention of NATO with a mandate from the security council in accordance with resolutions 1970 and1973 However, the competition of countries to intervene in Libya and the conflict of their goals and interests the Libyan situation is obligatory on all political, economic, social and security levels
