Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الثقافة المقاولاتية وكيفية تأثيرها على إنشاء المؤسسات المصغرة لدى الشباب المقاول والمدعم من طرف الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر بتلمسان، حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 65 مقاول مدعم من طرف الوكالة، حيث اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على الاستبيان وفي تحليلها على البرنامج الإحصائي IBM SPSS STATISTICS. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشباب المتوجه لوكالة ANGEMيمتلك الثقافة المقاولاتية، وكذلك الروح المقاولاتية لا تعتبر المحدد الرئيسي في تشكيل الثقافة المقاولاتية بل هناك عدة عوامل ومحددات أساسية تلعب دورا رئيسيا في تشكيلها وهناك ارتباط كبير بين الثقافة المقاولاتية وإنشاء المؤسسة. Abstract : This study aims to identify the entrepreneurial culture and how it affects the establishment of micro-enterprises among young entrepreneurs supported by the National Agency for Microcredit Management in Tlemcen. Its analysis on the IBM SPSS STATISTICS statistical program. As the study found that young people heading to ANGEM have the entrepreneurial culture, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit is not considered the main determinant in shaping the entrepreneurial culture, but there are several basic factors and determinants that play a major role in its formation and there is a great link between the entrepreneurial culture and the establishment of the institution. Résumé: Cette étude vise à identifier la culture entrepreneuriale et son impact sur la création de micro-entreprises parmi les jeunes entrepreneurs soutenus par l'Agence nationale pour la gestion du microcrédit à Tlemcen, où l'étude a été menée sur un échantillon de 65 contractants soutenus par l'agence, où nous nous sommes appuyés sur la collecte de données sur le questionnaire et en Son analyse sur le programme statistique IBM SPSS STATISTICS. Comme l'étude a révélé que les jeunes qui se dirigent vers l'ANGEM ont la culture entrepreneuriale, ainsi que l'esprit d'entreprise n'est pas considéré comme le principal déterminant dans la formation de la culture entrepreneuriale.
