Résumé: تيدف ىذه الد ا رسة إلى إب ا رز مساىمة تحسين ظروف العمل في ىتنمية أ رس المال الفكري وذلك من خلبل إج ا رء مسح ميداني عمى عينة من موظفي مؤسسة بريد الج ا زئر في ولاية غرداية بغية الإجابة عمى الإشكالية الرئيسية المطروحة والمتمثمة في : ما مدى مساىمة تحسين ظروف العمل في تنمية أ رس المال الفكري؟ حيث تناول الاستبيان الموجو لمعينة المدروسة نقاط تتعمق بجوانب تخص أ رس المال الفكري ، توفر ظروف عمل ملبئمة و انعكاسو عمى أداء العاممين وكذا الأساليب والاتجاىات الحديثة لتحسينيا ، وقد توصمت الد ا رسة إلى نتائج أىميا أن تحسين ظروف العمل يؤثر عمى تنمية ا رس المال الفكري من خلبل اىتمام المؤسسات محل الد ا رسة بتحسين ظروف و انعكاسو بشكل إيجابي عمى تنمية أ رس المال الفكري بجميع مكوناتو، وبدرجة أكبر أ رس المال الزبائني و أ رس المال البشري و الييكميThis study aims to highlight your contribution that improving working conditions play in the development of intellectual capital, by conducting a field survey on a sample of Algeria Post Corporation employees in Ghardaia Province, in order to answer the main problem posed by: How does improving working conditions contribute to the development of intellectual capital? Where the questionnaire directed to the studied sample dealt with points related to aspects related to intellectual capital, providing adequate working conditions and its reflection on the performance of workers as well as modern methods and trends to improve them, the study reached results, the most important of which is that improving working conditions affects the development of intellectual capital through the interest of the institutions The study improves conditions and reflects positively on the development of intellectual capital with all its components, and to a greater degree the customer capital and human and structural capital.
