حماية الزوجة من العنف اللفظي و النفسي على ضوء التعديل الجديد لقانون العقوبات

Résumé: أمام تزايد ظاهرة العنف الزوجي في الجزائر بمختلف صوره و أشكاله، كان لا بد على المشرع الجنائي التصدي للقضاء على انتشار هذه الجريمة، و لأجل ذلك قام بسن مجموعة من القوانين خاصة تلك الواردة في تعديل قانون العقوبات بالقانون 15/19 المؤرخ في 30 ديسمبر 2015، حيث شدد العقوبات على الزوج الممارس للعنف ضد زوجه سواء كان عنفا جسديا، لفظيا أو نفسيا و كان الهذف من هذا التعديل هو السعي إلى الحد من تنامي هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة و الحفاظ على الرابطة الزوجية. In light of the increasing phenomenon of marital violence in algeria in its various forms, the criminal legislator had to confront the elimination of the spread of this crime, and for this he enacted a set of laws, especially those contained in the amendment of the penal code by law 15/19 dated December 30, 2015 where he tightened the penalties for the husband who practices violence against his wife, whether it is physical, verbal or psychological violence, and the aim of this amendment was to seek to limit the growth of this dangerous phenomenon and to preserve the marital bond.
