أثر استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على الأداء الوظيفي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة وفقا لمتطلبات تطبيقه على الأداء الوظيفي، كنموذج لإدارة المعرفة وتسيير المهارات ورأسمالها الفكري، حيث عالجت هذه الدراسة تأثير كل من متطلبات تطبيق نظام تسيير موارد المؤسسة على أداء العاملين في الشركة الوطنية للتأمين، جاءت هذه الدراسة في ظل بيئة تعرف ديناميكية في التغير وتزايد رهيب في مجال التكنولوجيا المبنية على المعرفة واستخدامها مما تسهم في تنمية الأداء الإبداعي من خلال تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وتوفير بيئة مشجعة له، معتمدين في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للدراسة، أما في الجانب الميداني تم اعتماد دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين بالمديرية الجهوية بورقلة مستخدما في ذلك أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات من مختلف مستخدمي النظام من موظفين وإطارات، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة للحصول على تفسيرات بعض النتائج . اعتمدنا على برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات، توصلنا إلى عدة استنتاجات منها أن الشركة تدرك أهمية استخدام متطلبات نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة تستخدمه بمستوى مرتفع، كما تتمتع الشركة بمستوى مرتفع للأداء الوظيفي، بالإضافة إلى أنه يوجد أثر لاستخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة وفقا لمتطلبات تطبيقه على الأداء الوظيفي مما يحقق أهداف استراتيجية للشركة تساعدها على المنافسة والاستمرارية. Abstract This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the use of the enterprise resource planning system according to the requirements of its application on functional performance, as a model for managing the knowledge and skills of its intellectual capital, this study dealt with the impact of the application of the ERP system on the functional performance of the National Insurance Company. came This study is part of a dynamic environment known to evolve and a terrible increase in the field of knowledge technologies and their use, which contributes to the development of creative performance by improving performance . This study is based on the descriptive approach which corresponds to the theoretical aspect, while on the practical aspect the experimental approach has been adopted through the case study of the national insurance company, using a questionnaire for the collection of information from the different users of the system, staff and managers. We drew several conclusions, in particular that the company is aware of the importance of using the ERP system and its use at a high level as well as the high level. of work performance, there is an impact of the use of the ERP system according to the requirements of its application on functional performance, which achieves the strategic objectives of the company, thus helping it to compete and to continuity.
