Résumé: هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى التعرف على نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة وتأثيره على أداء إدارة المؤسسة ، كما تم إسقاط الجانب التطبيقي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، بورقلة واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جميع المعطيات والبيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالظاهرة موضوع البحث، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا عدة أدوات منها المقابلة الشخصية وتوزيع استمارة الاستبيان داخل المؤسسة، وفي ختام هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة له أثر على أداء المؤسسة. The objective of this study was to identify the ERP system and its impact on the performance of the management of the institution. The practical aspect was dropped in the Algerian Telecom Corporation Ouragla. In this study, we relied on descriptive analytical methodology in all data, data and information related to the phenomenon. Including the personal interview and the distribution of the questionnaire form within the company. At the conclusion of this study, we concluded that the ERP system has an impact on the performance of the company.
