دور التحكيم في فض منازعات حقوق الملكية الفكرية في إطار منظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية(wipo)

Résumé: إن التحكيم يهدف لتسوية المنازعات الناشئة عن مختلف جوانب الملكية الفكرية في إطار منظمة الويبو، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مركز التحكيم الذي يتم في إطار هذه المنظمة. ونظرا لأهمية التحكيم باعتباره أحد الوسائل تسوية منازعات الفكرية الناشئة عن مركز التحكيم والوساطة التابع لاتفاقية الويبو ، ونظرًا للطبيعة الخاصة لهذه المنازعات وأثرها على الدول كان لابد من إبراز خصوصية التحكيم بالنسبة للأطراف وموضوع النزاع إلى جانب إبراز الجانب العملي للتحكيم من خلال الحديث على إجراءات هذه الوسيلة . Arbitration aims to settle disputes arising from various aspects of intellectual property within WIPO by highlighting the organization's arbitration centre. In view of the importance of arbitration as one of the means of settling intellectual disputes arising from the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre, and given the particular nature of such disputes and their impact on States, the specificity of arbitration for the parties and the subject matter of the dispute had to be highlighted as well as the practical aspect of arbitration through talk of the instrument's proceedings.
