تحليل سوسيولوجي لواقع الجريمة الاقتصادية في الجزائر: جريمة تبييض الأموال نموذجا Sociological Analysis Of The Reality Of Economic Crime In Algeria: The Crime Of Money Laundering Is A Model

Résumé: الملخص: ترتبط الجريمة الاقتصادية بالبعدين المالي و الاقتصادي، سواء في خصائصها أو آثارها أو أنماطها، وتجسدها العديد من الأشكال و الأنماط الإجرامية التي المقترنة بها؛ على غرار جرائم تبييض الأموال التي تعد نوع بارز و مهم من الجرائم الاقتصادية، التي لها تأثير سلبي كبير على اقتصاديات الدول و مؤسساتها ؛وتتنوع الأساليب المستخدمة في هذه الجريمة بين الأساليب التقليدية و الأساليب الحديثة، ما يجعل من الصعب اكتشاف أصحابها و الجهات المسؤولة عنها؛ وبالتالي يهدف هذا المقال إلى تفكيك هذه الظاهرة سوسيولوجيا ومعرفة واقعها في الجزائر مع التعرف على التدابير القانونية التي سنها المشرع الجزائري لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجرائم الاقتصادية-تبييض الأموال-الفساد-الجريمة المنظمة. Abstract: Economic crime is linked to the financial and economic dimensions, both in their characteristics, effects and patterns, and is reflected in many of the criminal forms and patterns associated with it; Like money laundering offenses, which are a prominent and important type of economic crime, have a significant negative impact on the economies and institutions of States; the methods used in this crime vary from traditional to modern methods, making it difficult to discover their owners and those responsible for them; This article aims at dismantling this phenomenon of sociology and to know its reality in Algeria, while recognizing the legal measures that the Algerian legislature has enacted to combat this phenomenon.
