تطبيق حوكمة التسيير المالي في إدارة الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق حوكمة التسيير المالي في إدارة الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية ، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التشريعات والقوانين تعمل على تطبيق حوكمة التسيير المالي، وأن الإدارة المالية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في الإدارة الرياضية حيث هي العمود الفقري لأي مؤسسة وهي تساهم في حوكمة التسيير المالي للرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية ، قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات مثل: دراسة صعوبات ومعوقات التسيير المالي في المؤسسات الرياضية، والعمل على تكوين إطارات بشرية في مجال التسيير المالي تعني بالجانب الرياضي ، إضافة إلى تحديث النصوص التشريعية بما تتماشى والتغيرات والتحولات في العصر الحالي أين أصبحت الرياضة تجارة رائجة، الاهتمام بعملية التقييم المالي في المؤسسات الرياضية بالبحث عن مكان الضعف والقوة. The study aimed to identify the degree of application of financial management governance in the management of the State Association of School Sports. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study concluded that legislation and laws work on the application of financial management governance, and that financial management is of great importance. In sports management, as it is the backbone of any institution and contributes to the governance of the financial management of the State Association of School Sports, the study made several recommendations such as: studying the difficulties and obstacles of financial management in sports institutions, and working to form human frameworks in the field of financial management concerned with the sports aspect, in addition to Updating the legislative texts in line with the changes and transformations in the current era where sport has become a popular trade, attention to the financial evaluation process in sports institutions by searching for the place of weakness and strength.
