Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تبيان أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث شملت عينة البحث 32 عامل من المركب الصناعي التجاري مطاحن الزيبان القنطرة، وقد تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للبعد الخيري والبعد الأخلاقي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية ضمن استراتيجية المؤسسة بصورة مستمرة ومعلنة لجميع أطراف أصحاب المصلحة لأنه يساعدها في تحسين صورتها اتجاههم ويساهم في تحسين أدائها. The Purpose of this study is to show up the impact of social responsibility in improving the performance of the institution. It was relied on the descriptive approach and the use of the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The research sample included thirty two (32) workers from the commercial industrial complex, Al-Zayban Al-Qantara Mills, and several results were reached, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of the charitable dimension and the ethical dimension of social responsibility in improving the performance of the institution. The study also recommends the need to adopt social responsibility within the institution's strategy on an ongoing basis and clarified to all stakeholders because it helps them improve their image towards them and contributes to ameliorating its performance.
