Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مستوى ممارسات إدارة المواهب وأثرها في الأداء التنافسي للمؤسسة، من خلال تحليل علاقة الارتباط والتأثير فيما بينهما بالمركب الصناعي التجاري مطاحن الزيبان القنطرة –بسكرة-، وبالاعتماد على المنهج التأويلي واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في هذا البحث لعينة عشوائية من مسؤولي المركب .أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن هناك علاقة ذات دور معنوي بين إدارة المواهب والأداء التنافسي؛ خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من المقترحات من أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بتحديد واكتشاف المواهب في المؤسسة والعمل على جذب واستقطاب أفراد ذوي كفاءات عالية، إلى جانب العمل على تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي للمحافظة على الافراد الموهوبين. The study presents the level of talent management practices and their impact on the competitive performance of the institution By analyzing the relationship of correlation and influence between them on the industrial and commercial complex, Al-Ziban Mills, Al-kantara - Biskra . It was used the questionnaire was used as a main tool in this research, the sample of this study included executives from the boat officials as well as based on the interpretive approach,. The study came up to a spectrum of results, the most important of which is that there is a relationship with a role significant relationship between talent management and competitive performance. The study concluded with a number of proposals, the most important of which are:It is necessary to identify and discover talents in the organization and working to attract and entice highly qualified individuals, in addition to working to reach Organizational commitment to maintain talented individuals.
