أبعاد قضية الصحراء الغربية وموقف الجزائر الثابت

Résumé: تفاقمت مشكلة الصحراء الغربية مع بداية خروج القوى الاستعمارية من المنطقة وما خلفه هذا الخروج من مشاكل حدودية، وبعد حصول المغرب على استقلاله عام 1956 طالب بحقه في الممتلكات الإسبانية، ومنها الصحراء الغربية. ومنذ طرح القضية أمام المجتمع الدولي اتخذت الجزائر موقف واحد وهو تصفية الاستعمار الذي يتمثل في تقرير مصير الشعب الصحراوي وتحريره. أما عن النتائج المتوصل إليها فتتمثل في أن جميع القررات الصادرة عن بعض المنظمات الدولية لم يثبت لديها وجود روابط قانونية من شأنها أن تؤثر على تطبيق القرار رقم 1514 المتعلق بتصفية الاستعمار، كما أن موقف الجزائر من هذه القضية قائم على مبادى الثورة التحريرية. Abstract: The problem of western Sahara worsened with the beginning of the exit of the colonial powers from the region and the consequences of this exit from border problems, and after Morocco gained its independence in 1956 he demanded his right to Spanish property, including Western Sahara. Since the issue was presented to the international community, Algeria has taken one position, namely, the elimination of colonialism, which is to decide the destiny and liberation of the Sahrawi people. As for the results, it is represented in the fact that all decisions issued by some international organizations have not proven that they have legal ties that would affect the application of Resolution No 1514 related to decolonization. and that Algeria's position on this issue is based on the principles of the revolutionary liberation.
