حاضنات الاعمال بوابة الطالب نحو انشاء المؤسسات " حاضنات الاعمال بجامعة الاغواط أنموذجا"

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة حاضنات الاعمال باعتبارها سبيل ناجع وناجح نحو انشاء المشاريع الابتكارية، حيث تم اخذ حاضنات جامعة الاغواط نموذجا لذلك، مع محاولة تبيان مدى نجاعتها في مرافقة المشاريع الابتكارية المقدمة من طرف الشاب الطلابي ، ومدى مساهمة افكارهم الاستثمارية بعد دراستها في مواكبة التحولات الاقتصادية السريعة، ولهذا تم ابراز نشاة واهمية حاضنات الاعمال واهم متطلباتها، كما تم عرض واقع حاضنات الاعمال محل الدراسة مع توضيح اهم الافاق التي يمكن ان تحققها. وعليه تم التوصل الى ان ربط الجامعة بحاضنات الاعمال يمثل مؤشر إيجابي نحو تنمية الاقتصاد، و يعزى هذا لما اكدته الدراسات السابقة و ما جاء في الجانب النظري وابرزه من أهمية دور الفعال لحاضنات الاعمال، وجود علاقة إيجابية بين حاضنات الاعمال وتنمية روح المقاولاتية لدى طلبة جامعة الاغواط. ويعزى ذلك لما تم عرضه في الدوائر الإحصائية . The study aimed to know business incubators as a viable and successful way towards establishing innovative projects, where the incubators of the University of Laghouat were taken as a model for that, with an attempt to show the extent of their effectiveness in accompanying innovative projects submitted by young students, and the extent of the contribution of their investment ideas after studying them in keeping pace with rapid economic transformations, That is why the establishment and importance of business incubators and their most important requirements were highlighted, and the reality of the business incubators under study was presented with an explanation of the most important prospects that they can achieve.. Accordingly, it was concluded that linking the university with business incubators represents a positive indicator towards the development of the economy, and this is due to what was confirmed by previous studies and what came in the theoretical aspect, most notably the importance of the effective role of business incubators, and the existence of a positive relationship between business incubators and the development of the entrepreneurial spirit among the students of the University of Laghouat .
