العوامل المؤثرة على التسرب الوظيفي للأطباء في المستشفيات العمومية الجزائرية )دراسة استطلاعية لأراء عينة من الأطباء(

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد الأهمية النسبية للعوامل المؤثرة على التسرب الوظيفي لدى أطباء قطاع الصحة العمومية في الجزائر، أشارت النتائج أن أهم العوامل المؤثرة على التسرب الوظيفي للأطباء هي على الترتيب: لا عدالة الراتب الشهري والمكافآت، نقص التحفيز المادي والمعنوي للطبيب المتميز، إمكانية فتح عيادة خاصة، عدم توفر الإمكانيات والمستلزمات الطبية اللازمة، ثقل حجم وعبء العمل، بعد موقع المستشفى عن مقر السكن. This study aimed to determine the relative importance of the factors affecting the functional turnover doctors at the public health sector in Algeria, The results indicated that the most important factors affecting the functional turnover of the doctors are, respectively: No justice monthly salary and rewards, the lack of material and moral stimulation of the doctor outstanding, the possibility of opening a private clinic, the lack of the necessary facilities and medical supplies, the weight of the size and workload, distance hospital site for headquarters housing.
