نظم الإدارة المدمجة كتوجه حديث لمنظمات الأعمال الجزائرية : دراسة تحليلية (1998-2017)

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق نظم الإدارة المدمجة كتوجه حديث في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية والذي يتضمن تكامل أنظمة الجودة والبيئة والسلامة المهنية تحت إطار نظام موحد للإدارة، تتمكن من خلاله المنظمات من تلبية جميع المتطلبات الخاصة بالعملاء والأطراف ذات المصلحة. وقد تبين أن الجزائر حديثة العهد بنظم الجودة المدمجة كنتيجة لضعف توجه منظمات الأعمال الجزائرية نحو تبني أنظمة الجودة والبيئة والسلامة المهنية بشكل متكامل، إلى جانب حداثة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية التي ميزت مسار المؤسسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر. This study aims at shed light on the importance of applying the Integrated Management systems as a modern trend in the Algerian business environment that enables quality, environment and safety systems integration within a unique administration system. This enables organizations to meet all operators and interested parties needs. It has been established that Algeria is a brand new part in dealing with the embedded quality systems as a result of the weakness of the Algerian operators organizations trend towards adopting professional quantity, environment and safety systems in an integrated way in addition to the modern economic reforms that characterizes the economic corporations processes.
