أثر الصحة التنظيمية على الأداء الاستراتيجي (دراسة تطبيقية على شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الصحة التنظيمية على الأداء الاستراتيجي في شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد استخدم طريقة المسح الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في الإدارة العليا البالغ (186) وبلغت نسبة الاسترداد (82%). وأظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن واقع الصحة التنظيمية في شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين كان كبيراً بوزن نسبي بلغ (73.50%)، وأن مستوى الأداء الاستراتيجي في شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين كان كبيراً بوزن نسبي بلغ (72.37%)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين واقع الصحة التنظيمية والأداء الاستراتيجي في شركات التأمين العاملة في فلسطين، بينما أظهرت أثراً لأبعاد الصحة التنظيمية (وضوح الأهداف، فعالية الاتصالات، المعنويات، توفير الموارد، الإبداع، حل المشكلات) على الأداء الاستراتيجي، حيث تفسر ما نسبته (64.10%) من التغير في مستوى الأداء الاستراتيجي . The study aimed to know the impact of organizational health on the strategic performance of insurance companies operating in Palestine. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The comprehensive survey method was used for the study population represented by the senior management of (186) and the recovery rate was (82%). The study showed many results, the most important of which are: that the reality of organizational health in insurance companies operating in Palestine was significant with a relative weight of (73.50%), and that the level of strategic performance in insurance companies operating in Palestine was significant with a relative weight of (72.37%). The results indicated the existence of a positive and statistically significant direct relationship between the reality of organizational health and strategic performance in insurance companies operating in Palestine, while they showed an impact of the dimensions of organizational health (clarity of goals, effectiveness of communication, morale, resource provision, creativity, problem solving) on strategic performance. It explains (64.10%) of the change in the level of strategic performance.
